MerryTime Play Systems Factory Outlet warrants to the original retail purchaser, subject to proper installation, use and the limitations stated below, that all MerryTime Factory Outlet play systems are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of THREE-YEARS from the date of purchase. Merchandise covered under the limited three-year warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our options, and returned freight prepaid. Any service work that must be performed on-site that does not qualify under the warranty will be billed directly to the purchaser.

For the LIFETIME that the original purchaser owns the system, MerryTime Play Systems Factory Outlet warrants, to the original retail purchaser, all wood components against structural failure due to rot, decay or insect damage. Seasonal checks, surface cracks, knots and knot holes not resulting in structural failure, are not covered under this warranty as they are natural characteristics of all wood. Components covered under this limited lifetime warranty will be repaired or replaced, free of charge and returned to the customer, freight collect. Any labor costs or travel expenses involved in the installation or replacement of the parts will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

MerryTime Play Systems Factory Outlet reserves the right to request and examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to recover that merchandise, prior to disposition of any warrant claims. Merchandise returned to our factory for warranty determination must be shipped freight prepaid, unless return authorization is issued.

No warranty is available on merchandise subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, unauthorized attachment or alteration other than our own, or improper use, service or repair by third party or purchaser. MerryTime Play Systems Factory Outlet assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the purchase or use of our products. Maintain your play system regularly and always supervise your children’s activity.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use. MerryTime Play Systems Factory Outlet does not assume, or authorize any person or representative to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
